Meteorologically speaking, November was not great, with lots of rain starting from the first days of the month, only to end with abundant snowfall. The forecasts predict still more snow for the whole week and this saddens me. My plans for organic fertilization with the soil from the vineyards have to be postponed or even cancelled. The clay earth is saturated with water and will probably not dry out until next spring, preventing me from entering the fields with the tractors. You can see that even in so-called tranquil periods, the weather relentlessly continues to influence us. On the other hand, October was perfect for obtaining high-quality grapes, so on the whole I can’t complain.
