Agnolotti with butter and sage sauce for Epiphany

immagini-246-300x225In response to numerous requests, here is the first course that my mom, Paola, prepared for the Epiphany holiday, my absolute favorite dish: homemade agnolotti, stuffed with meat and spinach and dressed with a simple butter and sage sauce. To be paired strictly with the Barbera d’Alba Zio Nando 2008. I will say one thing and one thing only: they melt in your mouth!
