Here following, the 3rd part of the radio interview held by the UK journalist Chris Scott. The themes are the four main piedmontese wine areas and its wines: Northern Piedmont with Gattinara, Asti zone with its red Barbera variety, Gavi and Acqui with its fruity Dolcetto and its Gavi, Langhe and Roero with Barolo, Barbaresco, Roero wines.
Furthermore, I would like to show you my Moscato d’Asti: made with a classmate of mine, was my first approach to wine when I was a child.
